Joining our secure registry does not require you to participate in research studies. It simply gives us permission to contact you with information about research opportunities that match your basic info; you decide if and when you would like to take part. You are unlikely to be contacted more than once or twice per year, and you can pause communications at any time.
Enrolling in the registry takes just a few minutes and can be done from your smartphone, tablet, or computer. You will be asked to complete a consent form, information form, and brief health survey to help us find the best research match for you.
After you complete the brief health survey, you may choose to complete an unsecured email authorization consent form as well, if you decide to forgo this form, you may exit your web browser.
